* In the case of intentional or unintentional damage to the MR glasses, the customer must pay the remainder of their subscription period without getting a replacement set. If the MR glasses fail on their own accord, the customer should send the MR glasses back to the company for an investigation by technicians. If the customer is not to blame for the fault, they will receive a replacement set and their subscription period will be extended without charge, based on how many days they were deprived of the service.

Pulse insurance

We offer you insurance to give you peace of mind by ensuring that any potential faults with the MR glasses are resolved quicker, with unintentional damage covered for €35 per month. In the case of unintentional damage, the glasses have to be sent back to the provider for technicians to determine if it was indeed unintentional. The customer will also have to provide a statement of how the damage was done. If the damage is proven to have been accidental, the customer will receive a replacement set and continue their subscription.​​
