Introduction
After Phase 1, the group was exposed to a plethora of both primary data from the mother, as well as expansive secondary data on critical aspects of baby growth, development and interests. However, several key questions remained around the intended design and elements of the product, and it was decided that the desires, wants, needs and requirements of the mother should be taken into account more extensively.
